Attendee Safety
As we navigate through the challenges of the pandemic, the safety and wellness of our members is of utmost importance. As counties begin modifying restrictions and we begin to carefully prepare our calendar of events, we will work closely with venues to ensure attendee safety.
Though we expect this tournament to be conducted as usual, we want to assure you that the venue is implementing safety protocols. Below are the guidelines for this tournament:
Same household players or carpooled players are encouraged to ride carts together due to limitations on the number of available carts
Coffee, tea and water stations will not be available
There will be no reception or area to congregate after the tournament due to COVID-19 restrictions and separate tee times
Anything on the course that requires touching (closest to pins or longest drive contests) are prohibited
Flags must remain in place and no rakes are in the bunkers
The restaurant will be open for attendees to order food and drinks
Boxed lunches (sandwich, chips, drinks) will be provided to all attendees
Goody bags and drinks (water, Gatorade, soda) will be provided at registration
Alcohol will need to be purchased through the golf course
As we work to carefully move ahead and “get back to normal”, we want you to know we are committed to your health, wellness, and safety.
