The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA) has received much attention in the media, but it's a challenge to cut through the rhetoric to a clear understanding of what the TCJA means to the construction industry, your business and you.

In this webinar, Tom Wagstaff, CPA will explain changes to:

  • Flowthrough income (including impact on professional services)
  • Net operating losses
  • Itemized deductions
  • Corporation income tax rates
  • Business entertainment expenses
  • Section 179 (dramatically impacting deductibility of reroof projects)
  • Differences between Federal and California law

The webinar is free to RCAC members, $25 for RCA Southern California and San Diego RCA members, and $35 for non-members.
